Microsoft Outlook Plug-in from YouSendIt Delivers Entire Folders with One Click

Free plug-in makes digital file delivery faster and easier, while alleviating network constraints

CAMPBELL, Calif., July 22, 2009 – YouSendIt, the leader in secure digital file delivery on the Web, now offer users the ability to send entire folders directly from Microsoft Outlook with a single click.

The Microsoft Outlook folder-share plug-in from YouSendIt will help its more than 9 million users shorten project completion time by eliminating multiple steps from the file delivery process. Until now, Outlook users had to select individual files and attach them to an e-mail message or take extra steps creating zip folders, resulting in lost work time. Now, YouSendIt becomes the first and only way to send an entire folder directly from Outlook, just by choosing the folder.

YouSendIt’s new, free Outlook plug-in delivers folders as large as 2 gigabytes. Users also can configure their Outlook to automatically send files above a certain size via YouSendIt or prompt the sender on whether to send all attachments through YouSendIt.
